Return & Refund Policy — Dazzlet

Short version: Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons except when items arrive damaged or the wrong product is sent. Report issues within 24 hours with an unboxing video and photos. We will replace or refund after verification.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless one of the following applies:

  • The item is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was sent to you.

We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or minor color/size differences — every Dazzlet piece is handmade and unique.

2. Time Frame

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. Proof Required

To help us process your claim quickly, please share:

  • A clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to showing the item).
  • Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item.

Without proof, we will not be able to process your request.

4. Replacement & Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • Replacement — We will send the correct or undamaged item at no extra cost.
  • Refund — If the product is out of stock, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

For low-value items, we may ask you to keep the damaged piece as a goodwill gesture instead of returning it.

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover the shipping cost. If the return is approved for any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

6. Packaging for Returns

Please return the item in its original packaging to prevent further damage. Make sure it is securely packed before courier pick-up or drop-off.
